Job Description:
Following the successful introduction of Better Call Maypole unit within the Customer Care department, the group is seeking to increase the workforce within this unit to meet the workload of the Unit. The Better Call Maypole representative is to join the current team reporting directly to the Customer Care and Events manager, whereby the selected candidate will be expected to effectively solve customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.
