The Company is currently going through a period of growth and requires a responsible dispatch helper to join our team. 

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the stores operate with the highest efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing and training store employees and establishing, monitoring and managing operation goals;
  • Train and manage the store team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals;
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations;
  • Input goods receipt in ERP with proper lot number/expiry dates;
  • Issues transfer orders from ERP system;
  • Stock PAR levels are to be of responsibility of the senior store keeper and suggest to the purchasing manager supply demands ; 
  • Act as a liaison between the head of departments, the head Chef and the main stores;
  • Create item codes in system for new items;
  • Maintains standards of health and safety, hygiene and security;
  • Plan work rosters, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results


Requirements and skills


  • Proven work experience as a Store Manager will be considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Leadership qualities and ability to manage staff
  • Knowledge of computer systems
