The Company is currently looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the production team in a fast-growing environment.
The selected candidate will be Responsible for :
- the preparation of a wide variety of cakes and pastries under the supervision of the Head Pastry Chef and Shift leaders;
- operating all equipment and machinery;
- decorating cakes and pastries according to the company’s procedures;
- ensuring that proper HACCP practices are adhered to;
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie.
- Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
