Overview

Maypole Group is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth and visibility of our brand.


The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and coordinating marketing campaigns that align with the company’s vision. These campaigns may include social media, presentations, print, email, or television advertisements. The role involves managing the company’s webpage, collaborating with internal teams and external service providers, and maintaining the brand’s identity through innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and creative skills to drive successful marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, email, and social media.
  • Draft and implement the marketing plan as approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity through consistent messaging and creative materials.
  • Optimise the company’s website and digital content for organic search rankings and manage PPC advertising campaigns.
  • Organise and promote events such as trade shows and conferences to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics, generate insights, and prepare detailed reports for management and the Board of Directors. Provide quarterly budget updates.
  • Work closely with the Better Call Maypole, product development, and design teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
  • Maintain CRM databases, track customer interactions, and oversee email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct research to identify marketing opportunities, understand consumer behaviour, and analyse competitor strategies.
  • Oversee Maypole Group’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Analyse sales data versus promotions to assess campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience in content management, creative writing, and advertising concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving, research, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to interpret competitor strategies and consumer behaviour effectively.
  • Proficiency in gathering and analysing large data sets to provide meaningful insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web editing tools.
  • Flexibility to work outside office hours and on weekends as needed.
