Commis Chef

Maypole is currently growing and seeking a Maintenance Technician to goin the team. The selected candidate&nbsp;will support&nbsp;the Head of Maintenance in managing the maintenance team&#39;s workload to achieve departmental targets. They oversee tasks, ensure quality standards, and promote continuous improvement while prioritizing safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Assist in managing day-to-day workload and coordinating activities of maintenance team.</li>
	<li>Plan, prioritize, and execute preventive and emergency maintenance tasks.</li>
	<li>Maintain high standards of Food Hygiene and Safety controls.</li>
	<li>Conduct risk assessments, collaborate with Maintenance Manager, and allocate resources efficiently.</li>
	<li>Perform routine and emergency repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds.</li>
	<li>Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.</li>
	<li>Document maintenance activities, coordinate with departments, and ensure compliance with regulations.</li>
	<li>Uphold workplace cleanliness, safety standards, and organizational practices.</li>
	<li>Supervise and mentor maintenance team, delegating tasks and ensuring operational success.</li>
	<li>Participate in training sessions and fulfill duties assigned by Department Head.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>Proven experience as maintenance technician.</li>
	<li>Technical certification or apprenticeship preferred.</li>
	<li>Food handling certification (B) required.</li>
	<li>Fluent in English.</li>

 The main responsibilities shall include: 
•	Participate in various design projects to create engaging top-quality design work, including banners, illustrations, icons and other design items to support multiple projects;&nbsp;

•	Conduct research to stay on top of market trends;&nbsp;
•	Ensure all designs and creative material produced meets the needs and requirements and brand values ensuring delivery on time.

•	Taking photoshoots of Maypole products as required by the Marketing team.&nbsp;
