Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Retail Operations team. While the role is predominantly office-based, it may occasionally involve visiting retail outlets, including weekends, to support the dynamic needs of our operations. Candidates with prior experience in the retail sector will be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide administrative support to the Retail Operations team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.

 Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.

 Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other operational materials.

 Handle inquiries and communications from retail stores and liaise between stores and the operations team.

 Maintain and update inventory records and other retail-related databases.

 Support the planning and execution of weekend events, promotions, or operational projects as needed.

 Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth functioning of retail operations.

Requirements:

 Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role; retail experience is a strong asset.

 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

 Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 Availability to work on weekends when required.
