Maypole is going through a period of growth and we require a responsible Videographer and Photographer to join our team. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer and Photographer to join our dynamic Creative Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content that showcases our bakery's products, culture, events, and behind-the-scenes operations. This role plays a key part in enhancing the brand image and driving engagement across 

Core Responsibilities involve:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photographs for use on social media, website, in-store displays, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards and content strategies that align with brand goals.
• Document the bakery’s daily operations, product preparation, new product launches, and staff features.
• Capture photos for menus, catalogues, packaging, recruitment, and event coverage.
• Maintain and organize a media library with edited and raw footage/photos.
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand identity and follows food styling best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in visual content, photography, and video production.
• Manage and maintain camera equipment, lighting, and studio setups.
• Lead and administer any audio-visual projects outsourced to third party companies.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photographs for use on social media, website, in-store displays, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards and content strategies that align with brand goals.
• Document the bakery’s daily operations, product preparation, new product launches, and staff features.
• Capture photos for menus, catalogues, packaging, recruitment, and event coverage.
• Maintain and organize a media library with edited and raw footage/photos.
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand identity and follows food styling best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in visual content, photography, and video production.
• Manage and maintain camera equipment, lighting, and studio setups.
• Lead and administer any audio-visual projects outsourced to third party companies.
• Degree or diploma in Multimedia, Film Production, Photography, or a related field (preferred but not essential with strong portfolio).
• Fluent in English and/or Maltese.
