Maypole is a family run Group of businesses operating within the manufacturing and distribution of food products. 
We are currently going through a period of growth and are presently seeking to recruit multiple Commis Chefs in our Pastry and Savoury departments.

Duties will include:   

• Food preparation according to recipes, quality standards and presentation standards;  
• Support the Head of Department, Shift Leaders and chefs in the day to day production;  
• Monitors equipment and report issues to superiors;  
• Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality items;  
• Assist with stock rotation and cleaning stations  
• Ensuring that HACCP practices are adhered to.
