Maypole is a family run Group of businesses operating within the manufacturing and distribution of food products. We are currently going through a period of growth and are presently seeking to recruit a Commis Chef for our Restaurant.
Duties will include:
Food preparation according to recipes, quality standards and presentation standards;
Support the Head Chef, Shift Leaders and chefs in the day to day production;
Monitors equipment and report issues to superiors;
Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality food items;
Assist with stock rotation and cleaning stations
Ensuring that HACCP practices are adhered to.
