We are seeking to recruit an HR Executive to support the HR function and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR practices who is ready to take ownership of key responsibilities while working closely with managers and the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or a similar environment.
Good knowledge of labour laws and health and safety regulations.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to build strong working relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
