We are seeking to recruit an HR Executive to support the HR function and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR practices who is ready to take ownership of key responsibilities while working closely with managers and the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting workforce planning by assisting managers with staffing needs and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Handling employee relations at an operational level, including assisting with conflict resolution, grievances, and performance issues.
• Managing disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies while maintaining compliance with labour laws.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and labour laws through monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinating training programs and supporting employee development initiatives.
• Assisting with performance management processes, including appraisals and career growth discussions.
• Managing recruitment activities such as job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives and helping to reduce turnover through feedback and follow-up actions.
• Conducting employee feedback sessions and compiling exit interview data for review.
• Providing general HR administrative support and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
