The Outlet Steward is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across our retail outlets, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff. The role involves working across different outlets according to schedule and reporting to the Shop Manager on duty and the Retail Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow assigned cleaning schedules and complete daily cleaning task sheets
• Maintain cleanliness of bread and pastry counters, glass surfaces, fridges, freezers, floors, shelving, carpets, and customer areas
• Ensure high food hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are consistently met
• Clean and sanitize equipment, shopping baskets, trolleys, stairs, restrooms, windows, and designated areas
• Carry out regular deep-cleaning tasks, including shelving and machinery
