We are actively recruiting a Shop Attendant to join our Green Box team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with enquiries, concerns, or complaints
- Stay informed about current promotions and company policies to provide accurate assistance
- Receive, check, and store incoming stock deliveries
- Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring correct pricing and proper stock rotation
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Balance cash and card transactions with the registered system at the end of shifts
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a responsible attitude
