We are actively recruiting a Shop Attendant to join our Green Box team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Assist customers with enquiries, concerns, or complaints
3. Stay informed about current promotions and company policies to provide accurate assistance
4. Receive, check, and store incoming stock deliveries
5. Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring correct pricing and proper stock rotation
6. Process cash and card payments accurately
7. Balance cash and card transactions with the registered system at the end of shifts

Requirements:

1. Good communication and customer service skills
2. Basic numeracy and cash-handling ability
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Attention to detail and a responsible attitude
