Overview

Maypole is currently seeking to recruit an HR Generalist to join the HR Team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, shortlisting CVs, conducting interviews, and finalising candidate selections. 
  • Manage onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company. 
  • Handle work permits and documentation for non-EU employees. 
  • Support HR operations by maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy. 
  • Draft and maintain HR documents, forms, and reports. 
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring effective filing systems and efficient operations. 
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily HR operations. 
  • Perform other day-to-day HR-related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and email communication.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with effective record-keeping.

  • Experience working with diverse teams and individuals.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Education and Experience
  • A certificate in Human Resources is an asset.

  • Knowledge of payroll software is considered an advantage.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
