Job Purpose:
To operate bakery machinery used in the production of different types of bread and assist in the bread manufacturing process as directed by the Shift Leader or Master Baker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate bakery machines such as mixers, dividers, moulders, proofers and ovens.
- Assist in the preparation and production of bread products.
- Follow instructions and production schedules set by the Shift Leader.
- Monitor machine operation and report faults when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards.
