Job Purpose
To assist in the bakery production of specific bread items, ensuring efficient operations and consistent product quality in a mass-production bakery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce specialised bread products according to the daily production schedule.
- Organise workflow to meet production requirements.
- Ensure proper cleaning and hygiene of bakery areas and equipment.
- Monitor raw material stocks and report shortages to the person in charge.
- Assist in loading and operating bakery machinery as required.
