Overview

Job Purpose

To assist in the bakery production of specific bread items, ensuring efficient operations and consistent product quality in a mass-production bakery environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce specialised bread products according to the daily production schedule. 
  • Organise workflow to meet production requirements. 
  • Ensure proper cleaning and hygiene of bakery areas and equipment. 
  • Monitor raw material stocks and report shortages to the person in charge. 
  • Assist in loading and operating bakery machinery as required. 
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and production deadlines. 
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and food quality compliance at all times.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.

Requirements:

  • Basic experience working in a bakery or food production environment. 
  • Basic knowledge of bakery equipment and production processes. 
  • Ability to follow instructions and production schedules. 
  • Understanding of basic hygiene and food safety practices. 
  • Ability to assist in bakery production tasks under supervision. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery production environment.
