We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Assistant Manager to support the planning, implementation, maintenance, and security of the organization's IT infrastructure and services. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily IT operations, supervising technical staff, ensuring system reliability, and driving technology initiatives that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user devices.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Support redundancy and business continuity planning.
• Supervise and mentor IT staff.
• Coordinate workload allocation and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of IT personnel.
• Oversee helpdesk operations.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
• Support implementation and enforcement of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Monitor security incidents and coordinate response activities.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, software deployments, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Administration, Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, Switches, Firewalls) and Cloud platforms (Azure, Dynamics 365).
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V) and Backup solutions (Veeam)
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, network administration, or related roles.
At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
