Responsibilities:

<li>Assist in ensuring all food items are properly washed, sanitised, and stored.</li>
<li>Assist in using mixing and blending machines, ensuring consistency in production.</li>
<li>Assist in decorating pastries and desserts to meet company standards.</li>
<li>Assist the Head of Pastry in establishing new products.</li>
<li>Assist in adhering to hygiene and safety standards within the food department and ensuring that all legal requirements are met.</li>
