We are currently going through a period of growth and are seeking a responsible Inventory and packing manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the proper organisation and registration of stock flow, from raw materials receipt from main stores, following its conversion to finished goods and dispatch.
• Knowledge in ERP in terms of stock management such as but not limited to work orders, transfer order, stock and posting journals.
• Proper handover from night shift and day shift and vice versa.
• Attends meetings such as operational and briefing meetings as well as training when needed.
• Taking care of packaging orders.
• Ensuring that packing stores and stock takes are up to date and FIFO is applied.
• To work on a 40 hour bases from Monday to Sunday.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in IT applications such as outlook and excel.
• Previous knowledge and usage of an ERP system will be considered an asset.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in a stores environment would be considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A can-do attitude.
• Able to work on his/her own and take initiatives were needed.
