The Head of Procurement will lead the full procurement function, overseeing sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management across raw materials, ingredients, packaging, retail products, and operational supplies. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in building structure, driving change, and operating within the realities of a small-island market.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Design, implement, and lead a centralised procurement function serving multiple business units.</li>
<li>Consolidate procurement activities currently spread across departments into a coordinated group service.</li>

We are looking for a Steward (Housekeeper) to maintain cleanliness in and around our restaurant, including both internal and external areas.
 Responsibilities include: 
•	Adheres to the Cleaning yearly schedule as directed by the Head Chef;&nbsp;
•	Cleans, stocks and supplies designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, cleaning walls and ceilings, floor drains etc);&nbsp;
•	Washes and dries windows;&nbsp;
•	Operates commercial pressure washing equipment;&nbsp;
•	Polishes metalwork and cleans lint, dust, oil and grease from machines, overhead pipes and conveyors in an industrial setting;&nbsp;

•	Stores chemicals in a properly ventilated storeroom, away from food, in their original containers or in containers supplied by the chemical supplier.
